FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: clamp for correction of blepharoptosis comprises clamping jaws with raised portion and slot for tissue fixation, holder and stopper. The clamping jaws are detachably joined with each from the one end. The holder is made in the form of a handle and fixed to the center of the clamping jaw at an angle of 90°. The slot is made on the bottom end of the handle, and a meter is placed in the slot so that it can move. The stopper is made in the form of a screw for locking relative position of the clamping jaws and fixed on the working end of the clamping jaw. An orifice for the screw is made in the working end of the clamping jaw.
EFFECT: accuracy enhancement of dosing of selected tissues and enhancement of steady interaction of the working portions of the clamping jaws with the operated tissues.
