FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic gas and dust cleaning system for air releases comprises horizontal body of cylindrical shape and two injectors. The new feature of the system is the acoustic system equipment with drip pan and connection of each compressed air nozzle injector and water nozzles with shutoff and control valves. Injectors are represented with acoustic injectors for liquid spraying. Each injector consists of body with acoustic vibration generator in the shape of resonator and air and liquid supply nozzles. The body consists of upper cylindrical and lower parts. The upper cylindrical part contains fitting with holes to supply dispersed agent, whereas the lower part is represented with annular cavity resonator with the internal cylindrical cavity.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness and reliability of dust-entraining process by means of increased liquid spaying rate by injectors.
