FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: dispersion agent is fed through fitting 12 into collector 11 connected by holes 13 to cavity 14, which has a form of truncated cone. From cavity 14 air is passing to annular gap 17 between rod 16 and case 10, where it meets resonator 18, made in a form of spherical cavity connected to the gap 17 by gauged hole 19. Acoustic vibrations of dispersion agent provide for more thin dispersion of solution fed to distribution head 26 through hollow rod 16 and passing further as a fluid film bridging dispersion agent discharge from sound vibration generator formed by resonator 18.
EFFECT: improved dust-collection efficiency and reliability due to increased fluid dispersion grade by nozzles.
