FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for flue gas cleaning, and can be used in heat engineering. Boiler unit includes a scrubber wherein a lower support and distributing plate and upper restricting plate, and a head located there between, are made from elastic materials. Vibrator is installed on the plates. Head is made in the form of hollow balls on the spherical surface of which there made is a spiral groove, or in the form of a spiral line formed on the spherical surface, and the section whereof, which is perpendicular to spiral line, has a profile such as a circle, polygon, Berl saddle or Italloks saddle. Atomisers of spraying device are acoustic. Housing is made in the form of a body with the bottom, with acoustic generator arranged inside the housing and made in the form of a hollow pin with a wedge slot and a nozzle. Liquid is supplied to the clearance made between external surface of resonator and internal surface of nozzle. Liquid supply channel is located tangentially to internal surface of the body. Gas is supplied through the nozzle in the body to the hole of resonator, and then is supplied at least to one wedge slot located at an angle relative to resonator axis. Angle value is within the range of values: 30°-60°. In annular clearance between internal surface of body and external surface of resonator there located is a screw guide.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of resource saving and flue gas cleaning.
