FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust separation equipment. Proposed scrubber comprises case with dusty and clean gas pipes, bottom distribution tray and top limitation tray with vibrators fitted thereat. Packed-bed layer, liquid trap and slime discharge device are arranged there between. Note here that packed-bed consists of hollow or cylindrical balls with helical groove cut at their surface, or of helical line made at spherical or cylindrical surface. Its has profile of circle, polyhedron, "Berli saddle" or "Itallox sadle" in cross-section perpendicular to helical line. Atomiser comprises cylindrical hollow case with fluid feed channel and coaxial sleeve rigidly coupled with said case and having nozzle secured at its bottom. Said nozzle is composed by cylindrical two-step sleeve, its top cylindrical step being thread-jointed to central core. Said central core is arranged with clearance relative to cylindrical sleeve central surface and is composed of cylindrical part with ball segment secured coaxially at its bottom part. Said ball segment has orifices their axes being parallel with atomiser case axis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation.
