FIELD: technological processes; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in electrostatic application of polymer powder onto dielectric substrate, in electric factor, intensity vector of which is perpendicular to dielectric surface, with positive electrode being grounded. Polymer powder is supplied from the side of grounded electrode.
EFFECT: exclusion of application of all methods that increase surface electric conductivity of dielectrics, simplification and cost reduction of technological process.
