FIELD: deposition of powder-like materials on articles by pneumatic spraying. SUBSTANCE: sprayer has body 1, overpass 2 for gas-and-power mixture, bowl-shaped spraying head 4, electrode 6 connected to high-voltage source 7, splitter 8, and deflector 5, all of them coaxial to body. Deflector 5 is made as tapered cone coupled to head bowl by base and manufactured of dielectric material. Screening net 9 connected to auxiliary power supply source and casing are secured on external surface of deflector 5. Overpass for feeding of gas mixture is formed between casing 11 and screen 9. Deflector 5 may be manufactured of gas-permeable microporous material, which promotes charged powder blowing off internal surface of deflector in case gas mixture gets under casing. EFFECT: higher efficiency of powder charging due to separate control of powder charging mode and external electric field. 3 cl, 1 dwg
