FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention includes manufacturing of model, layerwise application on model of fireproof suspension, packaging of each layer by refractory material, drying, model removing, form impregnation by strengthening solution and tempering at temperature 1150-1350°C during 4-8 hours. Strengthening solution contains, wt %: silicone lacquer 15 - 25, at least, one metal fluoride from the group Al, Cr, Mg, Ba, Zr, Ca 1.5 - 5.0 and ethyl alcohol is the rest. In the second version of invention strengthening solution contains, wt %: silicone lacquer 15-25, fine-dispersed Al 2.0 - 10.0 and ethyl alcohol - the rest. Silicone lacquer is chosen from the group, containing of polymethylsiloxane lacquer, polymethylphenylsiloxane lacquer, polyethylphenylsiloxane lacquer, polyphenylsiloxane lacquer, polyaluminoorganosiloxane lacquer.
EFFECT: hardening of ceramic mold and refinement of received castings during the process of directional crystallisation.
