FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of complex geometry castings.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of layer-by-layer applying onto wax-like pattern of suspension on base of epoxy resin in organic dissolving agent; sprinkling it with refractory material; drying layers of ceramic mold in electromagnetic SHF field at power no more than 0.4 -0.5kWt; removing wax-like pattern in SHF-field during two stages: at first at power no less than 0.5 kWt for 1 kg of ceramic mold mass at heating rate 150 - 170°C/min until fusion of pattern surface begins and then at power no more than 0.3 kWt until pattern is completely removed. Layers of ceramic mold are dried for 1 - 2 min.
EFFECT: intensified process of drying layers and removing wax patterns, improved quality of envelopes, lowered quantity of rejected ceramic molds.
