FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises making refractory layers from suspension with ethyl silicate binder, dusting them by refractory material, layer-by-layer drying, dissolving the pattern in water, and roasting ceramic mould. Two first refractory layers are impregnated with hydrophobic solution containing aluminium powder. The latter allows a strong binding of mould layers by aluminium oxides. Next refractory layers are made using, in turns, suspensions with lower and higher viscosity. Hydrocarbon solution not soluble in alcohol, for example, lacquer BT-77 with density of 0.86-0.88 g/cm3, is used as hydrophobic solution. After dissolving of pattern in bath with water wherein salt concentration makes 5-15%, ceramic mould is dried without flushing of saturation salts.
EFFECT: higher precision of casting.
