FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of packet from layers, one of which is made from powdery material on the basis of boron carbide, and the others - on the basis of boron carbide and nitride with dispersion of 5-10 micrometer, with gradient of relative boron content that reduces in direction from layer on the basis of boron carbide to packet periphery. At that thickness of layers and mass fractions of boron compounds are determined based on the following dependence where M - mass fraction of boron in material, τk - relative thickness of layer from material on the basis of boron carbide, τi - relative thickness of every layer from mixture of materials on the basis of boron carbide and nitride, ai and bi - mass fractions of boron carbide and nitride. Further hot pressing of packet is done in the range of temperatures 1700÷2000°C at the pressure of 25.0÷30.0 MPa, residual air pressure of not more than 15 Pa. According to the second version of method, layers are shaped separately by rolling of powder material. According to the third version of method, layers are shaped from complex-profile fragments produced by method of hot pressing, and combined by high-temperature adhesive.
EFFECT: improvement of heat-insulating, anticorrosion protective properties and higher mechanical strength, provision of possibility to model composition of layers depending on operation conditions.
