FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making articles from refractory materials by three-dimensional printing and can be used in various branches of machine building. Proposed method consists in making primary layer of powdered ceramic material composed of coarse-grained and fine-grained fractions in three-dimensional printing in refractory materials. Silicon carbide and / or boron carbide and / or nitrides of silicon, aluminum, boron and / or caustic periclase powder and / or graphite are used as components of coarse and fine-grained fractions. Mass fraction of the coarse-grained fraction ranges from 50 to 80 %, and the fine-grained fraction is a mixture of dispersed, ultrafine and nanodispersed fractions, each of which forms a certain weight fraction. Liquid binder is applied on the limited area corresponding to the product cross-section configuration. Formation of next layers of powdered ceramic material and liquid binder until end of article formation. Surpluses of powdered ceramic material are extracted from forming chamber. Article is cured by heating to a certain temperature and subjected to subsequent annealing at temperature from 1,700 to 2,000 °C.
EFFECT: providing isotropy of properties at high thermal strength.
