FIELD: transport; conveyors.

SUBSTANCE: helical conveyor contains driving flexible screw shaft with screw blade mounted in cylindrical trough. Cylindrical trough is made of flexible elastic material with one end secured on drive gear frame and other end installed on moving mechanism with capability of rotation around vertical axle mounted on fork with driving wheels and fork-turning mechanism. Driving flexible screw shaft is made as single-lay rope with three screw blades each of which is strand of double-lay rope leaning by helical spiral against single-lay rope and shaped flexible elastic inserts placed between each two adjacent screw blades.

EFFECT: enhancement of efficiency of loose material transportation along variable geometry curved trajectory.
