FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry, particularly to facilities for tool extracting operations and for fishing objects from bore holes. The facility incorporates case and gripping arms; the said gripping arms are pivotally installed and secured to the case; also the gripping arms have tail upper parts and springs below the pivot; further the facility incorporates spring loaded hollow rod coaxially installed in the case, and swivel for connection with rope. The case is designed with radial slots wherein spring loaded triggers are arranged. The exterior surface of the rod has a circular groove; also the interior ends of triggers are designed to interact with the groove of the rod. The exterior ends project above the exterior surface of the case. The rod has cylinder boss at the lower end. Semi-circular slots are cut in the tail part of the arms which form a cavity of a cylinder shape with the diameter corresponding to the exterior diameter of the cylinder boss of the rod to interact with the rod when the ends of the pivot are juxtaposed below the pivot.

EFFECT: upgraded reliability of tripping removed insert tool in and out.
