FIELD: oil production, particularly to produce oil from relatively short wells in the case of tool weight insufficient to provide necessary packing load.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises upper and lower packing members. Each packing member comprises body with end annular projection, elastic collar with widened part, expanding cone, which are connected with each other by intermediate pipe or pipes, support nipples with inner cylindrical depressions, check valve, sealing rings and shear members. Device also has setting tool having hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic cylinder rod is connected to hydraulic anchor, which in turn is fastened to lifting pipes. Lower hydraulic cylinder body part is telescopically put on adjusting nipple and is secured to the nipple by shear members. The adjusting nipple is fixedly connected to expanding cone of upper packing member from below. Length L₂ of inner cylindrical depression made in support nipples is more than or equal to widened elastic collar part length L₁. Lower part of lower support nipple has barrel with cone secured thereto by upper end thereof. Shaped slot is made in outer barrel surface. The shaped slot includes alternating longitudinal short and long sections connected one with another by compound closed groove. Cartridge sliding in axial direction and provided with guiding pin entering into the shaped slot is arranged on the barrel. Slips spring-loaded in radial direction are located around cartridge perimeter. In transport position guiding pin is in longitudinal short section of shaped slot. In working position the guiding pin enters longitudinal section of the shaped slot.

EFFECT: increased reliability of isolated well interval sealing, possibility of serial setting and releasing of packing members and decreased metal consumption of device structure.
