FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to rotor-type internal combustion engines of positive displacement. The rotor-type internal combustion engine contains hollow toroidal working cylinder comprising water jacket, through continuous groove with walls, injector and spark plug, inlet and outlet openings in working cylinder walls, annular housing with side walls. The engine also includes four pistons, output shaft, flywheel and two load-bearing elements. Each of load-bearing elements includes radial C-shaped wall and ring. Two pistons are fixed to the ring of one load-bearing element, while the other two pistons rest upon the other load-bearing element. Driving gear is in the annular housing and includes two tooth gears in the form of external gear wheels and four satellite gears coupled with flywheel. Two out of four satellite gears are toothed with one of tooth gears and coupled with one of load-bearing elements. The other two satellite gears are toothed with the other tooth gear and coupled with the other load-bearing element. Driving gear is provided with four eccentrics with the main journal being installed in four openings of the flywheel. Opening axes are equidistant around the circle and fixed in axial openings of satellite gears representing a single whole. The crank pins are linked with load-bearing connecting rods installed so that they can rotate on crank pin and around axis located in the wall of corresponding load-bearing elements.
EFFECT: increase of engine efficiency factor and reliability.
