FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the internal combustion engines and relates to combustible mixture ignition in gas engine, i.e. in the engine operating on gas fuel. Device includes spark plug screwed on engine cylinder unit head. The igniter is also provided with sleeve having threaded section coupled with engine cylinder unit head and cylindrical section with beveled narrowing section, which is coupled with the groove inside the head, where spark plug is installed. The insulating sleeve is installed in the sleeve. The insulating sleeve is made of fluorine plastic and screwed on the terminal being on spark plug electrode. The terminal for electric wire connection is also available in the sleeve. The spring and rod-shaped conductor are positioned between terminals.
EFFECT: simplification of igniter design with the improvement of its reliability.
