FIELD: transport engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed power plant includes engine, its fuel system with spare fuel tank, electrolyzer for getting hydrogen with power source current matching device. Plant is provided with electric generator mechanically coupled with transmission of vehicle and electrically connected with electrolyzer through matching device, and adjustable length current collectors for connecting plant to stationary power supply source, including contact wires of trolleybus lines.
EFFECT: possibility of accumulation of hydrogen fuel in vehicle.
