FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to digital powder weight feeders and can be used for tabulation of powder working mixture based on ammonium perchlorate for preparation of fuel compound for solid propellant mixes. Feeder can be applied in other industries as well where it is required to provide remote weight control of workflow dosed portions weight of powdered components. Technical result is provided due to that weight feeder consists of loader, load car with load rod, weight meter represented with strain weighting device, pneumatic discharge actuator with fork, measurement and control system, rocker with pivoting support counterbalance, weight simulator, pneumatic actuator with weight simulator pickup. Load rod of car is pivotally jointed with rocking arm, and the other rocker arm is symmetric with load rod relative to pivot support of weight simulator platform.
EFFECT: higher performance productivity and lower work content.
