SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in alumina production industry, hydrometallurgy, mineral resource industry, etc. Method consists that viscosity of liquid phase μl and suspension μs is measured at various shear rates Si, and thermostating observance of at least three suspensions of various solids content (1-ε). Functional relationships μli=ft and μsi=fSi (1-ε), coefficients determination are plotted with evaluation of solids content (1-ε) and viscosity μsi by set equation.
