For realisation of the method from an ulnar artery of the patient take blood for limphocites cultivation and creation of preparations of metaphase chromosomes with the subsequent analysis of chromosomal preparations for studying of NOR activity in cells with the subsequent processing of the obtained data by the system multifactorial analysis. Count value of the general potential of activity of chromosomes on which value define an educational level of an albuminous basis for ribosomes at surveyed, and accordingly do a conclusion about presence or absence of a deviation from norm and necessity of correcting actions.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of definition of level of NOR activity in cells that gives possibility of timely and adequate appointment of the correcting approach for normalisation in each concrete case.
