FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to arc low-temperature plasma generators. Arc plasma burner comprises body with discharge chamber to which anode-nozzle and fluid container filled with bibulous material is attached, evaporator spring-applied to anode-nozzle and having holes with outlet into discharge chamber, electroinsulating tube located inside evaporator, intermediate element installed between evaporator and bibulous material, cathode holder with cathode fitted inside electroinsulating tube with possibility to interact with anode-nozzle and coupled with mechanism for cathode adjusting and shifting. Fluid container is "Г"-shaped and made as base and bar, and mechanism for cathode adjusting and shifting is made as detachable module attached to body. It contains threaded bushing coupled with push rod containing screw coupled with runner connected with cathode holder. Runner is spring applied to threaded bushing and installed inside it with locking against cranking. Detachable module is connected with body by means of threaded bushing.
EFFECT: operation simplification and improvement of burner performance reliability.
