FIELD: plasma treatment. SUBSTANCE: arc-plasma torch has a body with a coaxially installed nozzle-anode and cathode, as well as a reservoir for working fluid made of moisture-absorbing material. The branch pipe connecting the body to the reservoir is filled with porous heat-conducting material. Fluid absorbed by this material is evaporated, and vapor through ducts is fed to the discharge chamber. The ducts are made in a ring installed between porous heat-conducting material and nozzle-anode. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 3 dwg
