FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and blanching onions and mixing them with part of wheat flour, cutting and chopping beef and pork, blanching and mincing garlic and mixing beef, pork, garlic, part of sour cream, table salt, baking soda, red sweet paprica, red hot pepper, caraway, sage, tarragon, hot black pepper, savory, basil and coriander producing minced meat, its forming, dredging in the mixture of onions and wheat flour and frying in melted fat producing beefsteaks, cutting and frying potatoes in melted fat, cutting and sauteeing carrots in margarine, freezing fresh green peas, sauteeing the remaining part of wheat flour in melted butter and mixing without oxygen access potatoes, carrots, green peas, sauteed part of wheat flour, remaining part of sour cream, sugar and table salt producing garnish, packing the beefsteaks, garnish and melted fat, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned food is of increased digestibility.
