SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing cans for space feeding involves cutting, sauteeing in melted butter and mincing onions, blanching and grating garlic, freezing and mincing stringless green beans, cutting and mincing mutton, mixing the above components with bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and bay leaves, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned food for space feeding of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
