SUBSTANCE: non-alcoholic low-calorie beverage contains: 4.1-4.8 kg of concentrate made from hawthorn fruits and blackberries, 0.7-0.8 kg of sweetener "Sladost dieticheskaya" ("Dietary Sweetness"), 0.7-0.8 kg of citric acid and the remaining part - water to produce 100 dal of ready beverage. 100 dal of ready beverage can contain 0.13-0.15 kg of sodium benzoate and 3.0-4.0 kg of carbon dioxide. The beverage is cherry red in colour, has pleasant sweet taste with light sour flavour and marked blackberry aroma with plum tinge. The beverage is enriched with phosphorus, cobalt, manganese, organic acids, polyphenol compounds. chlorogenic, p-coumaroylquinic, p-coumaric and caffeic acid, derivatives of quercetin and kaempferol, catechins and antocyans, which gives it prophylactic properties that are revealed in the correlation of functioning of digestive organs and cardio-vascular system.

EFFECT: beverage is characterised by invigorant and prophylactic effect.
