SUBSTANCE: beverage contains following ingredients in kg per 100 dal of finished product: sugar-containing component in the amount 40.7-119.0 kg, concentrated base - 0.08-0.12, additional concentrated base - 0.18-0.22, flavouring agent with wild berry aroma, 0.08-0.14, flavouring agent with mull wine aroma - 0.06-0.09, flavouring agent with wild strawberry aroma - 0.35-0.45, flavouring agent with herbal liqueur aroma - 0.02-0.04, edible acid - 1.45-2.0, colour - 4.5-6.0. Additionally, the beverage contains 5.9-6.2 L of liquid carbon dioxide and water - for the rest. The concentration base comprises the following proportion of vegetable raw material in it, % wt.: ginseng (root) - 20-32, bur marigold (herb) - 28-31, hop (cones) - 13-16, rowan (berries) - 19-21, nettle (leaves) - 4-6 and ginger (root) - 4-6. The additional concentration base comprises the following proportion of vegetable raw material in it: eleuterococcus (roots) - 35.0-65.0, hawthorn (berries) - 15.0-20.0, rosehip (berries) - 15.0-25.0, nettle (herb) - 5.0-20.0.
EFFECT: invention allows for the production of balanced delicate beverage with spicy herbal aroma and savoury refreshing sweetish taste with pleasant acuity similar to the taste of ripe wild cherry supplemented with expressed pleasant fir aftertaste, and having pleasant colour and additional functional-prophylactic properties beneficiating metabolism and thus facilitating the weight loss.
