FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly, to the oncogenecology. A radical abdominal trachelectomy with the formation of the uterovaginal anastomosis is performed. Whereupon, at the formation of the uterovaginal anastomosis, the mucous membrane of the vagina is closed with the formation of a hole in the center of it; the hole is approximately equal to a hole of the internal orifice of the uterus. Then, the mucous membrane of the vagina and the mucous membrane of the internal orifice are sewn together precisely. The second row of stitches is applied between the muscular layer of the vagina and muscular layer of the uterus body.
EFFECT: method of improving of the surgical treatment of women concerning malignant neoplasms of the cervix of IA2-IB2 stages, and maintaining of the fertility.
