FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: device contains two adapted to anterior lateral surfaces of bodies of vertebra of overlay with through apertures for osteal screws and the central carving aperture for fixing screws and an intersection with two through apertures on the extremities for fixing screws. The intersection is executed demountable of the top and bottom half. For fixing screws in the top half of intersection from an opposite side from the extremity with a through aperture it is executed two carving apertures, and in the bottom half - an oval aperture. On surface of socket of trailer parts of each of half of intersection from oval and two carving apertures parallel teeth are executed. Distance centre to centre of two carving apertures of the top half of intersection not less than twice less than larger size of oval aperture of the bottom half.

EFFECT: bracing of bodies of basic vertebra at various sizes diastase between them with possibility dosed out intraoperative compression of interbody graft.
