SUBSTANCE: one should carry out puncture of intervertebral disk through spinal tissues with a needle under roentgen control at the angle of about 50°-60°, introduce a needle through lateral departments of intervertebral disk up to a pulpy nucleus, by a needle apply a pusher of pulpy nucleus into inter-body space to perform resetting of hernial fragment into central department of inter-body space under the control of roentgen computed tomography, introduce biocompatible springed acicular implants that take C-shaped configuration in loose state through fibrously altered fragment into intervertebral disk, moreover, protrusion of C-shaped acicular implants should be faced towards anterior-lateral departments of a disk that provides reliable fixation of hernial fragment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
