SUBSTANCE: device contains manual module (100) which is connected with apparatus case and in turn contains chamber (102) closed by deformable membrane (103), executed with possibility, at least, partial coupling with skin (S) the patient under discharging action, framed in the chamber (102). The device contains agents for creation in the discharging chamber (102) of variable depth by means of which the membrane (103) is deformed and as a result it raises, bends, compresses and levels the skin (S) of the patient, realising, thus, massage procedure defined by the operator. The central part (103b) and lateral parts (103d, 103e) of the membrane (103) are a slightly bent and bent in opposite sides.

EFFECT: associated influence on patient by mechanical and ultrasonic massage, redistribution of collagenic fibers.
