FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has power supply source, connection power cord and vibration unit the last of which has casing, electric motor, disk, damping bushing, flexible membrane and balls placed in active operation cavity formed by wavy surface of the disk, internal surfaces of the damping bushing and of the flexible membrane. The device has damping fine fluoroplast powder having low friction coefficient value and large heat capacity. The powder is distributed between the balls in the operation cavity of the vibration unit. To create tangential displacements of different directions and increase curative drug impregnation in the flexible membrane-to-skin contact zone, hemispheric protrusions are manufactured on the outer surface of the membrane. The device has capillary porous inlay accumulating the curative drug. The capillary porous inlay is tightly sealed with flexible polymer film on the same side with the flexible membrane.
