FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil processing industry and can be used in oil refining for extracting hydrogen sulphide from high-boiling oil products. The invention refers to the method for extracting hydrogen sulphide formed in oil products at their processing, which involves rectification of oil stock in the main rectification column, cooling of its bottom product to the temperature not exceeding the temperature of thermal stability of organosulphur compounds and its processing in a steam-stripping column-desorber. Cooling of bottom product is performed in two stages, at the first of which the whole bottom product is cooled to the temperature of 240-260°C and up to 70-95% of that flow is supplied to middle part of the steam-stripping column-desorber, and the rest flow of the bottom product is cooled to the temperature of not higher than 150°C and supplied to upper plate of that column; as a desorbing agent, vapour phase of medium-boiling oil fractions with steaming-away limits comprising 180-400°C is used in the quantity of 3-35% of total quantity of raw material supplied to the above column, in which pressure is maintained at the level of 0.08-0.26 atm. The invention also refers to the version of method for removal of secondary hydrogen sulphide.
EFFECT: improving quality of petcoke at considerable reduction of operating expenditures.
