SUBSTANCE: plant comprises vacuum rectifying tower provided with the inlet for supplying initial steam-gas mixture, outlet for discharging tar from its bottom section, side outlet for discharging Diesel fuel fraction from its top section, three or four side outlets in the zone of formation of distillates, and evacuating device. The evacuating device is made of mixing condenser that is provided with the outlet for discharging the steam-gas mixture, built in the top section of the column, and connected in series with the tubular condenser and first separator-dryer that is connected with the tank and jet ejector, vortex ejector, second separator-drier, and pump for supplying fluid to the ejectors. The output of the pump is connected with the inlets of the jet and vortex ejectors, and the inlet of the pump is connected with the fluid feeder.
