FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions concerns pressure casting technology using mould, particularly method of casting under pressure using a mould and pressure casting aggregate. Purpose is achieved by applying pressure casting method using a mould. Mould includes ingate, molding cavity connected to ingate, and flow channel opening in direction of back surface of cast article. Method involves molten polymer injection into molding cavity and further aging under pressure to apply pressure from ingate to injected polymer inside molding cavity. Then fluid is fed in direction of back surface of cast article through flow channel. Pressure aging and fluid feeding operations are performed simultaneously. Pressure applied in pressure aging operation is lower than injection pressure applied to inject molten polymer, and fluid pressure applied in fluid feed operation is lower than pressure applied in pressure aging operation. Pressure applied in aging operation is lower than effective pressure preventing cast article surface detachment from molding cavity surface without simultaneous fluid feed, and pressure applied in fluid feed operation is lower than effective pressure preventing cast article surface detachment from molding cavity surface without simultaneous pressure aging operation.

EFFECT: reduced pressure applied to a polymer inside shaping cavity, reduced size and mould cost.
