SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Gate 1 for the low-pressure casting machine comprises tubing connecting portion 11, molten metal reservoir 12, and mold cavity connecting portion 13. Shape of molten metal tank 12 is such that the perimeter of the cross section perpendicular to the flow direction of the molten metal, gradually increases towards connecting part 13 of the cavity, while the cross-sectional area remains constant.
EFFECT: efficient production of high-quality molded products is achieved.
