SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paper-making, in particular, to devices for stabilisation of seam loops of textiles used in paper manufacturing prior to their installation on paper machine as well as of textiles intended for press-pate or equipment for manufacturing nonwoven materials. The device for stabilisation of seam loops of textiles prior to their installation on a paper machine contains an assemblage of stabilising elements and a safety cable. Stabilising elements are interconnected and arranged apart from each other so as to interlace with seam loops on sewn edge of cloth. Safety cable is drawn through seam loops to fasten stabilising device to seam loops. The method of unsewn seams loops stabilisation is implemented as follows: between stabilising elements loops of unsewn seams are placed; on interlacing them, safety cable is drawn through seam loops and stabilising elements. The invention protects seam loops from deformation, maintenance of simplicity of the joint and loops sewing.
EFFECT: protection of seam loops from deformation, simplicity of binding and loops sewing.
