METHOD OF HIGH-VISCOSITY OILS AND BITUMENS POOLS DEVELOPMENT BY STRAIGHT-HORIZONTAL WELLS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E21B43/24

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil producing industry, in particular, to development of oil fields, namely, pools of high-viscosity oils and bitumens in sand reservoirs with coal layers with application of heat in complex with straight-horizontal wells. According to method, prior to beginning of pool development, location of coal layers and oil producing layers is identified. Then steam-gas-liquid well is drilled with two parallel horizontal shafts installed in bottom part of coal layer and upper part of oil producing layer. Circulating system is arranged, created by pumping well with horizontal shaft located in upper part of coal layer, filtering channels created by directed radial hydraulic fracture of coal layer, and horizontal well shaft perforated by length for supply of steam-gas-liquid mixture. After that in producing oil layer at the level of steam-gas-liquid well horizontal shaft incut, disconnector is installed. On producing strings above level of steam-gas-liquid well side shaft incut into coal layer, packer is installed, and steam-jet pump is mounted at the level of its incut. After that continuous steam treatment of oil producing layer is started. At that in order to improve thermal properties of steam, nitrogen is added to it prior to supply in steam-gas-liquid well in amount of 5-10% from supplied volume of steam with simultaneous pumping of long distillate of light carbohydrates or straw distillate into coal layer, or kerosene with oil withdrawal in producing wells.

EFFECT: increase of method efficiency by efficiency of steam effect at high-viscosity oil pool and provision of its stable mobility in producing oil layer.
