FIELD: agricultural industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is applied in agricultural industry and soil science, and methods for determining resistance of soil aggregates to water. In the method there chosen are soil aggregates; before being put into water, those are placed in cells the sizes whereof are close to those of aggregates. At cells' bottoms there made are holes the size of which is smaller than the aggregate size, which allow the aggregates dissolved in water leave the cells. Then soil aggregates are put into water where the process of their dissolution is watched; at that aggregates dissolved in water are determined by empty cells.
EFFECT: improving accuracy when determining resistance of soil aggregates to water, as well as improving capacity.
