FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used for early diagnostics of immunodeficient conditions on the basis of morphological research of a placenta at newborns with extremely low mass of a body - (ELBM). The essence of a way consists that specific volumes of a fibrinoid in a placenta and a lymphocytic infiltrate in its basal plate define. At specific volume of a fibrinoid peer or more than 3.4% and specific volume of a lymphocytic infiltrate peer or more than 2.3% diagnose immunodeficient conditions for newborns with ELBM. The way allows diagnosing immunodeficient conditions for 2 days of a life of the child, before their clinical implications.
EFFECT: prevention of development of generalised infections at newborn and chronic infectious-inflammatory diseases at children of early age.
