FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: peas is cleaned from non-food inclusions, macerated with further softening in milk whey, which is preliminary warmed up till 95-96°C and kept at this temperature within 0.8-1.2 min. After that, the whey is cooled with speed not less that 7.5°C/min till temperature is 5-15°C and filtered. Soaked peas is dried at the temperature 35-65°C to moisture content 1-5%. After that it is annealed at temperature 120-180°C during 10-20 min. Sugar or\and table salt in quantity of 0.5-6% of whey's weight is added to the filtrate of milk whey as flavouring and/or natural instant coffee is added as flavouring in quantity 0.5-2% of its weight and/or cacao-powder is added as flavouring in quantity 0.5-2% of its weight.
EFFECT: product is totally ready-to-eat, enriched with protein, has specific taste of roasted peas with aroma of condensed coffee with milk or cacao with milk.
