FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: fish fillet is cut. Potatoes and cucumbers are cut and blanched. Spring onions and dill leaves are cut and frozen. Mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with table salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-insulated conditions, Sour cream and mayonnaise are mixed in ratio 1:1. Prepared mixtures are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher assimilability compared to famous culinary dish.
