SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of snack preserved food production. Method of preserved food production includes boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes and cucumbers, blanching and cutting of carrots, cutting and freezing of lettuce, green onions and potherbs, freezing of fresh green peas, cutting of calamari fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt, calcium ascorbate and black bitter pepper, mixing of sour cream and mayonnaise, packing of prepared mixtures, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
