FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for carrot, parsley root and raw onions cutting and browning in margarine, chicken chopping. Rice is boiled until twofold increase of weight, listed components are mixed without access of oxygen with tomato paste and table salt to get mince. Grape leaves are frozen and defrosted without oxygen access, and minced meat is formed in them to prepare rolls. Kvass is boiled and mixed with sour-cream and bone broth. Prepared dish and obtained mixture are packed in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher assimilability compared to famous culinary dish.
