SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable capsule (100) for automatic beverage preparation machines. Said capsule (100) comprises: i) hollow cup-shaped body (110) configured to receive a metered dose of syrup, liquid or powder concentrate, wherein said hollow body (110) comprises lower part (111), in which through hole (114) is formed, and peripheral wall (112), on peripheral edge of which flange (113) is formed; ii) cover (120), tightly fixed on said flange (113); iii) film (130) applied on said lower part (111) inside hollow housing (110) so as to hermetically seal said through hole (114); iv) insert (200) arranged in said hollow body (110). Said insert comprises disk-like part (210) and rod (220), which extends in axial direction from upper part of said disk-shaped part (210). Insert (200) comprises perforating means (213, 225) and can move axially between a package position, in which rod (220) presses cover (120), deforming it outward, and opening position, in which rod (220) is advanced in axial direction to film (130) and pierces it by means of said perforating means (213, 225). At that, rod (220) contains axial through cavity (222), which forms channel for beverage dispensing, wherein said through cavity (222) comprises inlet hole (223) formed at end of rod (220) located close to cover (120) of capsule (100), and outlet hole (224) formed at rod (220) opposite end and facing film (130).
EFFECT: technical result is preventing leakage of beverage residues at the end of the dispensing stage, as well as improved mixing of the infusion liquid and the product contained therein.
