FIELD: medicine; orthopedics and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: originally for at least two weeks pins are shifted simultaneously in foot and tibia intramedullary channels, and later shifting is continued only for tibia intramedullary channel pins. For the whole period of affecting intramedullary channel contents the patient receives medicines of disaggregant group and vasoactive drugs, for the first two weeks combined with direct anticoagulation medicines.
EFFECT: prevention of present blood circulation disorder progress in early post-operation period, optimisation of ulcerous and necrotic deviation arrest process during compensation of critical ischemia of distal leg sections.
