FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treating trophic ulcers in neuroischemic diabetic foot syndrome. The method consists in the fact that revascularizing osteotrepanation of the lower limb with osteoperforative holes with a depth of 1.0 to 1.5 cm is performed from the medial side of the lower limb in the projection of the proximal and distal tibial metaphyses with a Kirschner wire with a diameter of 2 mm, through the lumen of the intraosseous needle, by "fanning", in various directions. An autoplasmic platelet concentrate at a total volume of 1.5 to 2.0 ml is injected into the formed channels. The procedure of introducing the concentrate is repeated once every other day.
EFFECT: invention allows not only reducing limb ischemia, but also optimising neural function, accelerating the regeneration processes of ulcerative defects, thus expanding the operational capabilities of the method.
