SUBSTANCE: heel and navicular bones with bone channels formed in advance are used as anatomic structures. Channel entrance in the navicular bone is made in the back side, and outlet is at the sole side. Channel entrance in the heel bone is positioned at rear edge of talus sustentaculum, and outlet is at the external surface of heel bone. Ribbon-shaped fixation element is fixated fast at channel beginning in outer heel bone orifice area, passed through the channel, positioned at sole side of sole heel and navicular ligament, drawn behind talus sustentaculum at the heel bone and passed further through the channel of navicular bone. Navicular and heel bones are approximated, with further fast fixation of fixation element. Allotendon, autotendon or xenotendon is used as ribbon-shaped flexible fixation element.

EFFECT: recovery of longitudinal foot arch, reduced injury rate and term of treatment.
