FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: soft contact lens with through drainage orifices distributed regularly over its surface is set on cornea. Second lens with central through orifice is installed over the first contact lens symmetrically and coaxially to it with a gap. Tube from a vial with medicine enters central through orifice of upper lens and is split into several parts distributed regularly over the internal surface of upper contact. Medicine is delivered by instillation over regular time intervals to the centre of upper contact lens and distributed regularly over the whole surface of lower soft contact lens passing to cornea surface through drainage orifices.
EFFECT: improved treatment efficiency due to constant and regular medicine transport, distribution and effect on damaged cornea.
