SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and deals with treatment of intraocular infections. For this purpose on eye cornea placed is soft contact lens, made from polymer methacrylate and saturated with 0.5% solution of levofloxacyne in doze of 0.9 g. After two hours intravenous infusion of levofloxacyne solution in the same dose and 16 mg of dexamethazone is performed. An hour later contact lens is removed from eye cornea and second similar lens, also saturated with 0.5% levofloxacyne solution in dose 0.9 g, is placed on cornea. After 5 hours lens is removed.

EFFECT: method ensures efficient treatment in case of purulent diseases of cornea, infection inflammation of iris and ciliary body due to long, even supply of antibiotic in anterior eye chamber.
